Terms and Conditions Last Updated: September 2026These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of custom app design, setup, hosting, and ongoing maintenance services provided to small business clients. By engaging our services or paying an initial setup fee, you agree to these terms.Services Provided We design, configure, publish, and maintain custom web and digital applications for small businesses. The exact scope of features, design assets, and functionality for your app will be agreed upon via direct communication prior to development.Fees & Payment Structure
Initial Payment (£78): To begin work and activate your service, an initial payment of £78 is due upfront. This payment comprises your £49 one-time setup fee plus your first month's hosting and maintenance fee of £29.Setup Fee (£49): A one-time, non-refundable £49 setup fee covers custom configuration, formula integration, branding adjustments, and initial deployment of your application.Monthly Subscription Fee (£29/month): Ongoing service is billed at £29 per month. This fee covers cloud hosting, domain/subdomain routing, code maintenance, security upkeep, and standard lead-routing support.Recurring Billing: Following your first month, the subscription fee of £29 is billed automatically in advance on a recurring monthly cycle via our secure payment processor.Failed Payments: If a monthly payment fails or lapses, we will notify you to update your billing details. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend app access or hosting if an account remains past due for more than 14 days.Client Responsibilities & Content
Supplied Assets: You are responsible for providing all necessary business materials (logos, text copy, imagery, business details, pricing formulas, and contact details) in a timely manner.Content Ownership & Rights: You warrant that you own or hold the legal rights/licenses to all content, trademarks, logos, and images you supply. We accept no liability for copyright or trademark infringement arising from client-provided materials.Intellectual Property
Your Assets: You retain full ownership of all preexisting trademarks, branding, copy, and visual media provided to us.App Infrastructure & Code: We retain ownership of the underlying software architecture, frameworks, proprietary templates, calculation scripts, and source code used to run and host the application. The monthly subscription grants you an active, non-exclusive license to use the app for your business.Cancellation & Termination
Rolling Monthly Basis: You may cancel your monthly maintenance subscription at any time by giving written notice via email prior to your next billing date.Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your app will remain active until the end of your current paid 30-day billing cycle. Following this date, hosting, maintenance, and public access to the app will cease.Refunds: The initial setup fee (£49) and any previously paid monthly subscription periods (£29) are strictly non-refundable.Service Availability & Maintenance While we aim for continuous uptime, occasional interruptions may occur for routine maintenance, server updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We endeavor to resolve technical issues promptly but cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability.Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by English law:We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of profits, business opportunities, or revenue arising from downtime, bugs, or third-party service interruptions.Our total liability for any claim arising out of these services is strictly limited to the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
